Public Notice:

At Familylinks, our priority remains the health and safety of our clients and our team, and we continue to take measures to protect against the spread of the COVID-19. Last week we made the decision to cancel all events and suspend volunteer activities until further notice. This week we have made the necessary modifications to our programs and services, in accordance with guidelines set by local and state government, so we can continue to serve individuals and families in western Pennsylvania.

As public health officials assess the risk, we are closely monitoring the spread of the virus and evaluating potential implications. We will continue to share all updates on our website and social media pages.

The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services has created a support and referral helpline for COVID-19. To review the details click here.

For the most up to date information regarding COVID-19, please visit the CDC website.

Working for Familylinks is more than just a job.

For thousands of the most vulnerable people in our region, Familylinks is a strong connection to a life full of hope, health and independence. We serve more than 8,000 clients each year, many struggling with addiction, learning to cope with mental illness, living with the challenges of a disability, or trying to remain as independent as possible while growing older.

Our people are our most important tool in helping clients to reach that next milestone. Familylinks employees are social workers, counselors and addiction specialists. They’re also accountants, administrators and maintenance workers. The one things they share: a commitment to the transformative work the agency does for western Pennsylvania residents.

Just as our employees are committed to helping our clients, Familylinks as an organization is committed to its employees. We offer competitive salaries and benefits. Our employees receive top-notch training in their field from our well-respected Familylinks Training Institute.

Safety is our top priority, for both clients and employees. Familylinks was awarded the 2014 Standing Firm Employer Award, in recognition of our superior integration of business practices addressing partner violence.

Working for Familylinks is rewarding in so many ways, and we’re always seeking skilled and committed individuals to join our team. See below for the positions we currently have available.
