Public Notice:

At Familylinks, our priority remains the health and safety of our clients and our team, and we continue to take measures to protect against the spread of the COVID-19. Last week we made the decision to cancel all events and suspend volunteer activities until further notice. This week we have made the necessary modifications to our programs and services, in accordance with guidelines set by local and state government, so we can continue to serve individuals and families in western Pennsylvania.

As public health officials assess the risk, we are closely monitoring the spread of the virus and evaluating potential implications. We will continue to share all updates on our website and social media pages.

The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services has created a support and referral helpline for COVID-19. To review the details click here.

Young Adult (18-30)

ARIA

The ARIA program provides short-term rental assistance and case management services to participants whose homelessness is a barrier to treatment. Assistance is provided without regard to criminal records, eviction histories, employment, credit worthiness, income or other barriers, all of which are key elements of the Housing First model. Following this approach, participants are housed in scattered site apartments/houses throughout Allegheny County.

Who is eligible?

East Liberty Resource Coordination

In a new program established in 2015, Familylinks is working with East Liberty Development, Inc., to help residents of subsidized housing in Pittsburgh’s East Liberty neighborhood to thrive. East Liberty has been the site of a great deal of change in recent years; East Liberty Resource Coordination is an effort to help the most vulnerable members of the community to continue to improve their lives and remain in their homes.
