ARIA

The ARIA program provides short-term rental assistance and case management services to participants whose homelessness is a barrier to treatment. Assistance is provided without regard to criminal records, eviction histories, employment, credit worthiness, income or other barriers, all of which are key elements of the Housing First model. Following this approach, participants are housed in scattered site apartments/houses throughout Allegheny County.

Journey to Independence Recovery Housing

The Journey to Independence Recovery House program is a short-term housing program to help adult women with a history of substance use to quickly regain housing stability. It is not a voucher program and the short-term housing is not to exceed 90 days. The Familylinks Journey to Independence Recovery House program will assist residents in connecting to long-term supports in the community, which they may access following the completion of Familylinks services to promote ongoing housing and recovery stability.

Outpatient Mental Health - Clinic

If you live with a mental health condition, you’re not alone. One in five Americans will experience some mental health issue in their life. And there’s no age limit: Children, adults and older adults can all find their lives changed by this common problem.

While mental health issues can rob you of your hope, it’s important to know that with treatment, life can be bearable again.

Family Treatment Center

Our Family Treatment Center provides long-term (up to six months) residential treatment for women age 18 or older who are committed to working on their recovery from addiction. We help women develop recovery skills, improve their well-being, preserve or repair family relationships, and enhance their parenting skills, if applicable.

Caregivers First Initiative

Caring for an older loved one is rewarding, but it can also be stressful. Taking care of an older adult can be like a second full-time job, leaving the caregiver with little time to attend to their own responsibilities, and bills that keep piling up. Fortunately, there’s a place to turn: The Caregivers First Initiative is a free service that helps caregivers manage stress and learn strategies to cope and care for themselves.
