Familylinks Names Monique Jackson Chief Operating Officer
Pittsburgh, PA (December 17) – Familylinks announced the appointment of Monique Jackson, MBA to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). With extensive management experience spanning over 17+ years, Jackson brings valuable leadership to Familylinks’ executive team. As COO, Jackson will lead the development, implementation and oversight of Familylinks’ programs in terms of process, enhancement, financial success and efficiency.

Monique will also help our team evaluate and improve our programs to ensure they continue to meet the ever increasing and changing needs of those in our care.”
Prior to joining Familylinks, Jackson was the Director of Practice Management at UPMC Children’s Community Pediatrics where she directed and managed integrated behavioral health clinics in 50+ hospitals, clinics and primary care locations. Prior to her twelve-year tenure at UPMC, Jackson was the Base Service Unit Director at The Community Guidance Center where she conducted psychosocial assessments to diagnose and treat mental health patients in outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment settings.

Jackson earned a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from Waynesburg University.
