for New Directions)

RESPOND provides a therapeutic group setting within the community for children who are diagnosed with mental retardation and/or mental illness, and who utilize three or more service systems. Allegheny County Department of Human Services is the exclusive source of referral to this out-of-home treatment service. Familylinks can provide the intensive treatment, evaluation, care and skills that can lead to a better quality of life for children in this program.
